 Rental Rates include Space Rental, available City of Portland equipment, and all front of house labor for most usage.  Please refer to the Merrill Auditorium Technical Information Package for specific equipment that may be available. Rental Rates do not include rental of any equipment from outside vendors (including equipment in storage at Merrill Auditorium), stage hands, PortTix staff, or additional staff that may be required by artist riders or unique guest safety concerns. In the event that Merrill Auditorium deems it necessary to provide any such additional labor and/or equipment, it shall be billed to and paid by the organization and/or individual named in the rental agreement.

 PortTix, a not for profit organization managed jointly by PCA Great Performances and the Portland Symphony Orchestra, is the City of Portland’s exclusive contractor for Ticketing for all Merrill Auditorium Events.
